Appointment Guidelines and Insurance at Our Pediatric Dental Practice

Appointments

It is our daily goal to see that appointments begin on time. It may be beneficial for your child to arrive a few minutes early in order to have time to play and become comfortable being in the office.

School-Age Appointments

Our practice is a specialty dental practice. Since we see only children and the majority of them are school age, it is not possible to give everyone appointments outside of the school schedule.

Failed Appointments

We request 48-hour notice if you must reschedule. Cancellations of less than 48 hours or failed appointments are subject to a fee. Repeated instances may result in dismissal from the practice.

Fees and Payments

All treatment will be outlined in a written plan listing procedures and fees. We accept cash, check, Visa, or MasterCard at the time of service for accounts with no insurance coverage.

Insurance

We will gladly submit fees to any insurance company and work with them to resolve problems. Ultimately all fees, regardless of insurance, are the responsibility of the parents/guardians.

Transparency in Coverage

Machine- readable files are available in response to the federal Transparency in Coverage Rule, including negotiated service rates and out-of-network allowed amounts between health plans and providers.
